Stunning views from the room overlooking the golf course.
Inconvenient dining arrangements meant we couldn’t eat in the main restaurant.

everything about our stay was amazin. the staffs were super friendly n helpful. The deluxe main house double room was so comfy and spacious with stunning views. breakfast served to the room was a real treat with lots of yummy options. had cocktails n shortbread waiting for us when we got there, how great is that? loved sittin on the veranda in the rocking chairs, just chillin.
only downside was that we didn't get to eat in the main dining room, had to go to a nearby restaurant instead, which was fine but a bit inconvenient. also, the rooms are in different buildings which might be tricky in bad weather.

The penthouse room offers stunning views and a level of comfort you won't forget, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Breakfast delivered in a luxury hamper adds a nice touch, especially if enjoyed outside on a sunny morning.
The rooms are split across different buildings, which could be a hassle during poor weather despite umbrellas being provided. Dining options can be restrictive. for instance, having a dog meant taking our evening meal in the room, but we ended up with slow service and long waits between courses, diminishing the experience.

We had a memorable stay, especially enjoying the stunning views when visiting Royal Dornoch, one of the best golf courses I've ever played. The kids loved exploring the surrounding area, and the warm welcome we received made us feel right at home.
In my wife’s opinion, the kitchen noise was disruptive and made it hard for the kids to get a good night's sleep.

Just a solid selection for an overnight stay in Dornoch with good value for price. Enjoyed drinks in the library and some nice touches like an amuse bouche. Be aware of the separate buildings in case of bad weather.
